Ketchum wins Ottawa Optimist Club essay contest |
| Megan Ketchum was the winner of the Ottawa Optimist Club essay contest. Ketchum was named the silver medal winner at the quarterly District meeting April 19. She is the first local contestant to receive an award at the District level. The topic for this year’s contest was “Today’s Choices Shape My Future.” Russ Testorff, Ottawa Optimist Club president, is pictured with Ketchum. |
