Annual law enforcement torch run for Special Olympics

The Special Olympics torch passed through Franklin County Wednesday with runs through Ottawa and Williamsburg. Hundreds of law enforcement officers, athletes and others are carrying the "Flame of Hope" through 24 counties to the annual Summer Games in Wichita.
