Theft of lost or mislaid property

106 North Main (Dependable Auto), 1452 hours, a 27 year-old male from Ottawa reported his dealer tags were missing from his vehicles.

Motor Vehicle Accident

1600 South Main, 1501 hours, a vehicle driven by Matthew Taylor, 17-year-old Ottawa male changed lanes and struck another vehicle driven by Kristi Stephens, 36-year-old Ottawa female. Taylor was cited for improper lane change.

Warrant Arrest

900 North Locust, 1622 hours, Carmen Stoneking, 27-year-old Ottawa female was arrested on a Franklin County warrant.

Aggravated Battery

115 South Main Street (The Lynx), 0115 hours, a 24 year old male from Ottawa reported that he was battered by two unknown persons.

1500 East Wilson Street, 2012 hours, a 39 year old male from Ottawa reported that he was battered by his girlfriend, Antoinette Nuttall 35 year old female from Ottawa. Nuttall was arrested for domestic battery.

1500 East Wilson Street, 2048 hours, Brett Brady 39 year old male from Ottawa was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol.

Obstruction of Legal Process, Curfew Violation

1400 South Main Street, 0248 hours, a 16 year old juvenile male from Centropolis, Kansas, a 16 year old juvenile male from Ottawa, and a 17 year old juvenile male from Ottawa were all arrested for obstruction of legal process and curfew violation after they were located out past curfew and fled from officers.
