Driving with no Drivers License

300 S. Main, 0738 hrs, The suspect David Baker a 49-year-old Lebo male was arrested for no drivers license and speeding 34 in a 20.

Theft

300 S. Walnut, 1022 hrs, The victim a 33-year-old Ottawa female reported that an unknown suspect stole her purse and contents.

2101 Princeton, 1052 hrs, the victim a 55-year-old Ottawa female reported that an unknown suspect stole her camera from Wal-Mart.

500 Bloc Willow Lane, 2159 hours, a 19-year-old Ottawa Kansas male reported that he had a License tag removed from his vehicle by unknown suspects over the last few days.

Warrant Arrest

500 block West 2nd, 2142 hours, a 15-year-old Ottawa Kansas male was arrested on a Franklin County Pick up order and turned over to Juvenile authorities.

500 Block West 2nd, 2205 hours, a Clarence Greenfield 39-year-old Ottawa Kansas male was arrested on a Franklin County Warrant and turned over to the adult detention center after having contact with officers.

715 West 2nd, 0010 hours, a Wade Harper 23-year-old Manhattan Kansas male was arrested on a City of Ottawa failure to appear warrant.

Domestic Battery / Damage to Property

800 Block South Cedar, 0021 hours, a 27-year-old Ottawa Kansas female reported that she had been battered and personal property broken by an ex-husband during a visitation. The case is still under investigation.

Auto Accident (Property)

1120 South Ash, Ottawa High School, 0615 hours, a Callie Paquette 16-year-old Ottawa Kansas female struck a light pole while driving through the parking lot at the Ottawa High School.

Burglary, Theft

1641 South Main, (Days Inn), 0857 hours, a 43 year-old Harper, Kansas male reported items taken from his unlocked vehicle overnight.

Warrant Arrest

1400 South Main, 1227 hours, Matthew Evans, 19 year old Ottawa, Kansas male was arrested on a Osage County warrant.

15th and Pin Oak Circle, 1627 hours, Daniel Hutchins, 21 year old Ottawa, Kansas male was arrested on Douglas County warrant.

Motor Vehicle Accident

600 Linwood, 1848 hours, a vehicle driven by Arlie Stewart, 38 year old Ottawa, Kansas male backed from a private driveway and struck another vehicle driven by Lynn Thiele, 60 year old Ottawa, Kansas male. Stewart was cited for limitations on backing.

1000 South Willow, 1845 hours, a vehicle driven by Ryan Huene, 19 year old Ottawa, Kansas male struck a canine while driving on the roadway.

Protective Custody, Child in need of care, Curfew

1000 S. Ash, a 16 year old juvenile was taken into protective custody after he was found out past curfew and was under the influence of drugs.

Criminal Damage To Property

700 South Pine, 2154 hours, a 47 year old female from Ottawa reported that an unknown person damaged her vehicle.

Theft

1100 West 17th Street, 2225 hours, a 25 year old female from Ottawa reported the theft of a personal check.
