Agenda set for Monday city study session

An Ottawa City Commission study session is scheduled for 4 p.m. Monday in the conference room on the first floor at City Hall, 101 S. Hickory St.
The following items will be presented.

- Discussion continues regarding the resolution certifying legal authority and authorization to apply for the CDBG-R from the Kansas Department of Commerce.
- Attached is an ordinance to rezone an area in the Urban Growth Area (UGA) from Franklin County Zoning to City Zoning. Addresses included in this rezone include: 630 Cleveland, 700 Cleveland, 704 Cleveland, 2550 Osborne Terrace, 2580 Osborne Terrace and 2502 Osborne Lane.
