Agenda set for Monday county study session

A Franklin County Commission study session is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Franklin County Office Annex, 14th and Main streets.

Members of the public wishing to speak on Items of Study must register with the County Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

ITEMS OF STUDY: Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.

Presentation of the 2008 Audit from Schlotterbeck and Burns, LLC.
Discuss accepting the proposal from Hi Plains, Inc. to repair two rails and a post on Bridge #630 on Tennessee Road North of Pawnee Road in the amount of $5890.00
Discuss the summary report of the KDOT Underwater Bridge Inspections of four bridges.
Discuss the Acorn Box Backfill Evaluation Report prepared by Terracon Consultants, Inc.
Discuss the Proposed 2010 Franklin County Operating Budget.
