Warrant Arrest

715 West 2nd Street (Ottawa Police Department), 1337 hours, Rodney Warren 42 year old male from Richmond, Kansas was arrested on an outstanding City of Ottawa warrant. 

1621 South Main Street (Valero), 1306 hours, Jeremy Seyler 22 year old male from Ottawa was arrested on an outstanding Franklin County warrant and an outstanding Miami County warrant. 

700 South Willow, 2008 hours, Jerry Spurlock 42 year old male from Ottawa was arrested on an outstanding Franklin County warrant. 

Damage To Property

600 North Mulberry Street, 1146 hours, a 47 year old female from Ottawa reported that her vehicle was damaged by an unknown person. 

Criminal Use of a Financial Card, Theft

800 East 8th Street, 1539 hours, a 53 year old female from Ottawa reported the theft and use of her debit card numerous times at numerous locations by a known suspect. 

Driving While Suspended

700 South Willow, 2008 hours, Jerry Spurlock 42 year old male from Ottawa was arrested for driving while suspended. 

200 West 7th Street, 0625 hours, Paul O’neill Jr. 29 year old male from Ottawa was arrested for driving while suspended after being stopped for a traffic infraction. 

Cruelty To Animals, Obstruction of Legal Process

1300 South Olive Street, 2011 hours, a report that a 47 year old male from Ottawa was not properly caring for his dogs.  Report was forwarded to the Franklin County Attorney’s Office.

305 S MAIN ST    06/22/2009 20:22:05    Arrested Jerry Spurlock Jr on FRCO warrant for FTA, $500 c/s.

3268 OSBORNE TER    06/23/2009 02:34:14    While on patrol I located a house fully engulfed with flames at 3268 Osborne Terr.  I was able to contact the land owner who lives in Kansas City Kansas.  The land owner Chiong Vang stated no one was living at the residence.  The state fire marshals office was called in to investigate the fire.  Report on going.
