500 North Spruce, 0939 hours, an 85 year-old Ottawa male reported an unknown suspect entered his unlocked vehicle and stole items.

300 North Main, 1620 hours, Christopher Crotchett 27 year-old Ottawa male was cited and released for driving while license suspended.

Warrant Arrest

900 North Locust Street, 2055 hours, Randy Burns Jr., 29 year old male from Ottawa was arrested on outstanding Franklin County warrant.

Possession of Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia

700 South Elm Street, 0123 hours, Aaron Green 18 year old male from Ottawa was arrested for possession of marijuana and paraphernalia after being contacted by officers.

15th and South Cedar, 0812 hours, a vehicle driven by Katie Grace 22 year-old Overland Park, Kansas female struck a vehicle driven by Troy Evans 44 year-old Ottawa, Kansas male.

2000 East Logan Street, 2058 hours, Randolph Senior 55 year old male from Pomona struck a deer that ran into the roadway.
