Agenda set for Monday county study session

A Franklin County Commission study session is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. Monday at the Franklin County Office Annex, 14th and Main streets.

Members of the public wishing to speak on Items of Study must register with the County Clerk prior to the beginning of the meeting.

• ITEMS OF STUDY:  Items of study includes all timed items, bids, contracts and agreements, public hearings and organizational business coming up before the Governing Body.
• Discuss authorizing the Chairman to execute the proposed Memorandum of Understanding between the City of Wellsville and Franklin County concerning road maintenance.
• Discuss authorizing the Chairman to execute the proposal with Taylor Design Group, P.A. to preserve sections corner monuments on the ARRA John Brown Project in the amount of $2,300.
• Discuss the 2010 Proposed Operating Budget:
• Health Options for the 2010 Budget Year
• Emergency Management Budget
• General Budget Discussion
• Consider viewing the proposed location of a road requested to be opened by Ruth and Leroy Lickteig
