UPDATED: Central Heights advances to semi-finals at state volleyball tourney

The Central Heights volleyball team won all three of its Friday matches at the 3A state tournament at Salina, according to Twitter reports from the district. It will advance to Saturday's semi-finals at 10 a.m.
The team beat Atchison County in three games early this morning.
Later that morning, the team beat Frontenac 25-7 and 25-15.
Early Friday afternoon, the team defeated Southwestern Heights in three games.
Saturday, Central Heights will play the second-place team from another pool.
