Veterans Day event to feature speaker from Dole Institute

William B. Lacy, former adviser and speech writer for President Ronald Reagan, will deliver the address Nov. 11 at the American Legion Veterans Day Program in Wellsville.

Lacy, director at the Dole Institute of Politics, will speak during the program beginning at 10 a.m. at the Louis H. Hanson Post 194, 500 Main St.
