Vandalism • 2:45 p.m. Wednesday, 500 block of North Poplar St., a 31-year-old Ottawa man reported a known suspect damaged his property. Accidents Non-Injury • 11:46 p.m. Sunday, 23rd Street and U.S. 59, a vehicle driven by Bradley Fitzpatrick, 18, Quenemo, struck a vehicle driven by Scott Getter, 50, Ottawa. Fitzpatrick was cited for following too close and no insurance. Getter was cited for no insurance. • 7:55 p.m. Sunday, 2101 S. Princeton St., Wal-Mart Supercenter, Augusta Richardson, 54, Topeka, reported an unknown vehicle struck her legally parked vehicle. • 12:07 p.m. Monday, 500 block of South Walnut Street, Roger Wood, 52, Louisburg, reported an unknown vehicle struck his vehicle while it was legally parked. • 4:25 a.m. Monday, I-35 milepost 185, a vehicle driven by Charles L. Clyma, 60, Seminole Okla., struck a deer. Damage estimated at more than $1,000. • 5:45 p.m. Tuesday, 2200 block of South Princeton Street, a vehicle driven by Crystal Thomas, 24, Garnett, turned in front of a vehicle driven by Charles Lamm, 32, Ottawa. Thomas was cited for making an improper turn. Injury • 11:01 a.m. Monday, 3434 Indiana Road, Martin Scott, 79, Pomona, suffered injuries in a tractor accident.
